Eligible Plan Members and their Dependents can receive benefits through their Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through “TELUS Health”, which provides confidential and professional counselling, community referrals, multimedia resources and online access to hundreds of free articles. The Plan Member and their Dependents can receive short-term counseling from a professional counselor (either in person, over the phone), or through TELUS Health internet site at one.telushealth.com, or connect via mobile app.

You can call TELUS Health toll-free any time, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to speak confidentially with a consultant about work, life and everything in between. You may also visit your EAP program website which provides hundreds of articles and educational resources such as booklets, toolkits, assessments, podcasts, full-length audio recordings/CDs and more. TELUS Health also has a free mobile app available exclusively to TELUS Health claimants. Plan Members can obtain the app on their iPhone, Android, or BlackBerry by searching for “TELUS Health ” on the device.
