All Plan Members must have a valid Stakeholder # and telephone number with EBFA in order to login to the “members only” area of the website. All accounts will be verified before allowing full access to the website.
Step 2:
A verified account is required to access the EBFA member’s area. If you do not have your EBFA Stakeholder # available, you may choose to enter it at a later time, however your access to the website will be limited until your account is verified.
To verify your account, you must enter your EBFA Stakeholder # in the "Member Details" section below. Please ensure to enter your personal information the same way it appears on file with EBFA so that we can verify your information.
Step 3:
Once you have filled out all of your profile information click "Register Account."
If you receive an error message about your EBFA Stakeholder # you should verify you have entered the correct information before contacting us for assistance.
Once your account is successfully created you will receive a confirmation email providing an authentication code. You must enter the authentication code in the field provided on the website, when prompted. An authentication code is required when you log into each device.
Note: If you could not verify your EBFA Stakeholder # access to the website will be limited. You can connect your account number at any time through your Member Profile page under "Member Details".
