Young Women in Trades and Technologies offers programs for girls who are interested in exploring a career in the trades.

EITCA has partnered with CAREERS: the Next Generation - Young Women in Trades & Technologies (YWITT) since 2016, hosting an electrical exploration day as part of a week-long summer camp for girls in grades 8 & 9.
YWITT Mentor Series
YWITT Mentor Series - EITCA & the IBEW Women’s Committee (Sisters of 424) volunteer as mentors throughout the year. They support a variety of workshops meant to inspire young women to explore non-traditional occupations.
