Course Description
Many Foremen have yet to see the new 50 Division MasterFormat Specs. (we’re Div. 26 now, not Div. 16). Using a set of activities, participants will work through various parts of an authentic set of Job Specifications. We’ll also talk about some of the legal issues involved. The purpose is to give students a working knowledge of the typical Spec. requirements utilized in today’s construction industry.
