Thousands of unionized workers are expected to gather at the Alberta Legislature steps on Thursday to participate in a massive “Rally for Respect.”

WHERE: Alberta Legislature Building (Front Steps), 10800 - 97 Avenue, Edmonton, AB, T5K 2B6.
WHEN: Thursday, October 24, 2024 from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
WHY: Workers need fair contracts, workers deserve respect, and wage increases for the public sector is the best way to battle the continued increase in the cost-of-living in every community in this province.

We rally for solidarity, we rally for respect! If we don’t hold each other up, we all fall.

Bring a friend, a sign and/or a flag, and your solidarity! Also, dress and be prepared for the changing weather!
